Tom Grime's interpretation of Philip K. Dick's "Black Iron Prison", the state of existence in which we all exist until we are able to undergo "anamnesis", the loss of forgetfulness and experience to the concept of gnosis, or completeness. This cosmology, which is based on early Christian gnostic thinking was outlined in his novel "Valis".
For Dick the opposite of the "Black Iron Prison" is the "Palm Tree Garden". |
